Overview of fluorine lined centrifugal pumps:
The IHF fluorine lined centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metallic pumps. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastic sintered and pressed as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an advanced external corrugated mechanical seal, and the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride). The dynamic ring is filled with PTFE material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pump’s pressure resistance. Actual use shows that the pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
Selection of mechanical seals for fluorine lined centrifugal pumps:
The IHF fluorine lined centrifugal pump adopts the most advanced external PTFE corrugated pipe mechanical seal, which is characterized by compensating for radial runout of the pump shaft, single end face sealing, external installation, easy loading and unloading, intuitive working state, good corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance, and multiple layers of protection, extending the service life of the mechanical seal;
Application of fluorine lined centrifugal pump:
The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the IHF fluorine lined centrifugal pump have been confirmed in practical use and unanimously recognized by users. It is currently widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water wastewater treatment and acid addition process in ion membrane caustic soda projects (currently, our company’s products are selected for most ion membrane caustic soda projects in China), electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing process in automobile manufacturing, as well as many industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, etc. It can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, and strong alkali for a long time under temperature conditions of -85 ℃ to 150 ℃. Oxidants, organic solvents, reducing agents and other highly corrosive media are currently one of the popular pump equipment among users without any damage.
