2.Structure of magnetic pump:
Magnetic pump (also known as magnetic drive pump) is mainly composed of pump head, magnetic drive (magnetic cylinder), electric motor, base and other parts. The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump is composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. 4.Principle of magnetic drive centrifugal pump:
Its main feature is to use a magnetic coupling to transmit power without any leakage. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the electric motor, and transmitting torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and therefore no leakage. Magnetic drive pump is a new type of sealless pump that utilizes the principle of permanent magnet transmission technology to achieve contactless torque transmission. There is no mechanical connection between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and there is no need for a dynamic seal in the structure. Therefore, this type of pump has no seal and can achieve zero leakage.
5.During normal use, as long as the magnetic pump is operated correctly according to the operating instructions, it can achieve the goal of long service life and long cycle operation. Due to the limitations of its own structural characteristics, magnetic pumps usually need to pay attention to the following precautions during use.
(1) Dry operation is strictly prohibited;
(2) Thoroughly remove rust and solid foreign objects from the device;
(3) Before the pump runs, the air inside the pump must be discharged;
(4) The interruption operation time shall not exceed 60 seconds;
(5) Do not operate continuously in reverse;
(6) During operation, if abnormal sounds or vibrations are found, the cause must be quickly identified and the fault must be eliminated;
(7) When it is less than the minimum flow rate, it should not operate;
(8) The normal working state of the pump must be within the performance parameter range required by the contract, otherwise it will affect the axial force inside the pump;
