CQB32-20-125F Magnetic Pump Product features:
The flow parts of CQB-F fluorine lined magnetic pump are made of polyvinylidene fluoride plastic alloy (PVF2) and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). At room temperature, PVF2 has good corrosion resistance to halogen, halogenated hydrocarbon, strong oxidant, boiling acid, alkali and other organic solvents; UHMWPE has good corrosion resistance to non oxidizing acids (dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, formic acid and acetic acid with high concentration), ammonia, amine and various alkali and salt solutions. Both materials are not resistant to the corrosion of strong oxidizing acids. The shell of the fluorine alloy pump is made of metal material and has sufficient strength to withstand the mechanical impact of the pipeline and the outside. The transmission power below 3KW adopts perfluorinated structure.

It can safely transport strong acid, strong alkali, highly toxic, organic solvent, and pure and valuable chemical media. It is suitable for various chemical processes and fully meets the strict requirements of safety, reliability and ecological protection.

CQB fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a kind of chemical process pump which applies modern magnetic mechanics principle and uses permanent magnets to realize non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e. the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously, and the medium is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping the medium without leakage, and thoroughly solve the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump. It is a new type of industrial pump with full sealing, no leakage and no pollution.

The liquid contacting part of cqb-fl series large-scale magnetic pump is fluoroplastic, but the pump shell is made of metal material, so the pump body can bear the weight of the pipeline and resist mechanical impact.
