CQB Stainless Steel magnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power, completely leak free. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage at all.

Magnetic driven pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically, and the plastic pump body should not bear the weight of pipelines.
Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to operate them in idle mode, while also avoiding the possibility of spatiotemporal rotation caused by power outages and restarts during operation.
If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the inlet of the magnetic drive pump; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
The ambient temperature of the magnetic drive pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
The medium and its temperature transported by the magnetic drive pump should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, and the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃.
Transport liquids without hard particles or fibers, with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, a working pressure not exceeding 1.6MPa, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a particle size not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/s.
Magnetic driven pumps should be cleaned in a timely manner after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump, as the conveyed liquid is a medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization.
After 100 hours of operation of the magnetic drive pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
