CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use the magnetic coupling to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic line of force passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve and acts on the inner magnetic steel, so that the pump rotor and the motor rotate synchronously and transmit torque without mechanical contact.
Application:
Series CQB magnetic coupling pump is a trouble-free product, the impeller is driven by a magnetic coupling. This allows isolation of the pumped liquid. No seal is required. This makes it ideal in situations where no leakage is permissible, with performance equivalent to a standard centrifugal pump. Series CQB magnetic coupling pump can be used where the requirement is pumping of clean or even corrosive liquids.
