HW series pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction, volute casing mixed flow pump. It is used to transport clean water, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is used to transport liquids with its temperature less than 50º C.HW pump advantages: simple structure, reliable use, convenient decoration, high efficiency, small size, and light weight.

Structural Characteristics
HW type pump is mainly made up of pump cover, impeller, pump casing, pump shaft, shaft sleeve and bearing housing etc.
Pump cover is connected to pump casing and inlet pipe separately. There shall be proper clearance between the surface of pump cover and impeller. If the clearance is too small, it is easy to cause friction; While the clearance is too large, it will cause the backflow of pressure water in the pump, which reduces the efficiency of pump. Flat surface seal can be adjusted by paper washer.
Shaft seal is made up of packing stuff, packing ring, packing gland and oil immersed asbestos packing. It shall prevent air from getting into the pump and avoid the water in the pump flowing out along the shaft.
Shaft sleeve is used to protect main shaft. It shall be replaced after abrasion.
Pump shaft is supported by single-row radial roller bearing. The bearing can be lubricated by lubricating oil, and oil mass shall be controlled within the marked line of oil level rod; And the lubricating grease can also be used when assembling the pump. Refill the lubricating oil or grease by disassembling front cover and back cover.
There are screw holes on the pump casing, which is used to lead water or connected to vacuum pump to extract air and lead water.
