China Industrial KCB Horizontal Gear Oil Transfer Pump

KCB gear pump is an industrial equipment used for conveying lubricating oil with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.

The main material of the pump is steel, and some models use stainless steel and copper. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, and food processing.

This pump can transport non corrosive liquids without solid particles and fibers, with a viscosity of 5 × 10 ⁻⁶ ~ 1.5 × 10 ⁻³ m ²/s (5-1500cSt).

The pump body is composed of components such as gears, shafts, pump bodies, and safety valves. The gears are hardened through heat treatment and self-lubricating through a medium.

The design of oil drain and return groove can reduce gear torque and improve operating efficiency. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated pressure and can be adjusted within the allowable range.

The KCB series adopts a three jaw elastic coupling, which has the characteristics of compact structure, low speed, and strong self-priming ability. The flow range is 1-60m ³/h, and the working pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa.

During installation, it is necessary to set up a filtering device and calibrate the concentricity of the shaft. After a 2-3 hour trial run and passing the test, it can be put into use.

The stainless steel material model can transport corrosive media and food grade liquids.

1.Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil etc.
2.Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates etc.
3.Paint and ink.
4.Resins and adhesives.
5.Pulp and paper: acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge etc.
6.Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food etc.
